Using the Service

Upstart Kid grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for personal, educational purposes. Accounts must be created and supervised by a parent or guardian for users under 13.

Purchases and Refunds

Academy access is a one-time purchase unless otherwise stated. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policy shared at the point of purchase.

Content and Conduct

Students are encouraged to create original ideas. Inappropriate, harmful, or infringing content is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
